Project summary

People live in groups and we are part of a coexistence in which we must be all inclusive and the school is a great example of this coexistence; a large heterogeneous group of people in which conflicts can arise that are inevitable and typical of human beings. Because this is a common problem in schools in all three partner countries, we have a common motivation and have decided to implement a mediation and inclusion project.

Mediation seeks to bring people involved in a conflict closer, so that they themselves decide and agree on the most satisfactory solution with the help of other impartial people who facilitate constructive communication between the parties through dialogue.
To carry the project forward, the members of the three partner countries will do a training on mediation and how to introduce it in our centers.

The implementation of this project will help us carry out an inclusive education and foster peer mediation as a basic tool in conflict management.
